Abstract

The choice of post-COVID rehabilitation technologies with the effective use of service resources has a high degree of importance and is one of the current priority tasks After the disease, appears the post-COVID syndrome, which is expressed in the depressed mood, weaknesses, headaches, etc. The main objectives of the rehabilitation are the restoration of respiratory functions, lifting inflammation in the respiratory tract, improving blood circulation, improving the mental state. In this regard, high recreational potential and rehabilitation technologies capable of solving these problems effectively can be found in sanatorium-resort complexes. Sanatorium-resort institutions in our country are currently, unlike the Soviet period, have not only a wellness, but also a tourist recreational function. Development of recreational potential concept improvement with the effective use of an innovative service system in a sanatorium-resort complex is one of the urgent tasks. It leads us to developing a strategy forming the authenticity and uniqueness of the sanatorium-resort product on the example of the Talkas spa complex of the Baymak district of the Republic of Bashkortostan — “The territory of the energy of vitality”. The importance of the sanatorium-resort rehabilitation after COVID-19 is recognized by the scientific community. In this period, the results of the rehabilitation study and choosing the most effective health restoration methods are promising. The fundamental factors of the service quality today are in the center of attention, both of researcher scientists and practitioners. For modern resort management, it is necessary to possess the methodology for assessing the quality of service, effective use in the organizational and service process, as well as it is also necessary to take into account the fact that the methods applied and the quality assessment tools in the international practice of sanatorium-resort cannot be an axioma due to various specialization of demand and price segment. Research results show the key indicator of the service — features of the process of motivating staff, which provides opportunities to accurately identify the needs of vacationers, to offer services enhanced by the greatest demand, to improve the quality of relationships with potential vacationers, to increase trust by understanding and prevailing their requests, to create an effective feedback system with vacationers.
