Archiving

Archiving policy is aimed at long-term storing of published articles. The whole information about the articles including full texts in PDF is stored on:

• journal’s website (https://spajournal.ru/index.php/spa/index);
• http://ee-journal.spa.msu.ru/);
• website of Scientific Electronic Library (e-library) (https://elibrary.ru/contents.asp?titleid=9725);
• website of Scientific Electronic Library “CyberLeninka” (https://cyberleninka.ru/journal/n/gosudarstvennoe-upravlenie-elektronnyy-vestnik?i=1119172).

Authors are allowed to place and store preprints and postprints (after the article is published on the journal’s website) of their article on the Internet (e.g. on their organization’s website and author’s personal website).
