Dear readers!
This is a special issue of the journal "Public Administration. Electronic Bulletin" dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Great Victory and, in particular, to the reflection on the experience of the functioning of the public administration system during the Great Patriotic War. It includes the materials of the conference "Strategies of Public Administration in the Face of External Challenges: Resources, Tools, and Mechanisms (on the Anniversary of the Victory)," organized by the Center for the Study of Russian Statehood at the Faculty of Public Administration of Lomonosov Moscow State University on April 8, 2025.
